Legwear is a fully integrated and completely secure online shopping platform. Use the search option bar to help you find what you are looking for or browse through the categories available which fits your item description. Then select the size and colour you want, add the items to your cart and proceed to checkout.

At checkout, you will be able to choose your payment method {Visa, Mastercard or Instant EFT}, make your payment and all you need to do is pop in your delivery details and we do everything else. From the comfort of your own home or office.

Legwear is an online store only, we do not have a traditional brick and mortar store. This allows us to keep our prices affordable and we’re available to serve you 365 days a year.

Upon completion of your order at checkout, you will immediately receive an order confirmation via email with an invoice attached which can be downloaded for your records.

Legwear’s payment gateway is powered and secured by Sage Pay South Africa. All payments are 3D Secure for your protection and peace of mind.
You can pay using VISA, Mastercard or Instant EFT {iPay} payment from your bank.

We do not accept cheques, cash payments into our bank account or COD payments.

Legwear offers door to door delivery all over South Africa. Delivery usually takes between 1 – 3 working days.

The Standard delivery fee is R70 but orders over R450 will receive Free Delivery.

As of the 1 May 2017, we no longer offer delivery with the Post Office
For deliveries within the Western Cape we use a number of local couriers whom service the area on a daily basis.

As we are an online store only, we don’t have a traditional brick and mortar store for collections. We also don’t have a shop where you can pop in and browse, only a warehouse facility that store all our products which is unavailable to public.

Legwear does not accept any returns of hosiery, socks or shape wear due to hygiene reasons under any circumstances.

Due to the nature of the Legwear e-commerce web store, please note that under no circumstances does Legwear offer any cash or credit refunds at all.
We instead, issue you with a Legwear coupon which can be redeemed on the site up until the date of expiry date indicated on the voucher.

Please note that in the event of a return, a credit will be provided for the ITEM ONLY – Legwear DOES NOT credit or refund ANY shipping costs incurred.
Legwear doesn’t take responsibility for and will not replace any items that were damaged with a knife or any other sharp object when opening the courier bags. Please take care not to slice your hosiery through the courier bag.

In the event that the items arrive damaged, you will have 12 hours after delivery to inform us. You will need to provide the original courier bag the item came in as well as all of the original packaging so we may assess how the package was damaged. If the item has been sliced open with scissors, a knife, pen or any other object, Legwear will unfortunately not replace the damaged item.

No credits or exchange arrangements will be considered after this time. Please check your order immediately upon arrival.

If you have inadvertently ordered the incorrect size and want to swop it for another size the courier/delivery charges will be for the customer’s account. You will have 12 hours to inform the store of the error to make the exchange. Provided the packaging is unopened and intact.

All items purchased from Legwear are made pursuant to agreements with shipping and delivery agents and risk of loss pass from Legwear Store to such agents upon delivery of any item to such carrier.

In the unlikely event that any purchase is cancelled between payment and delivery, please note that it will attract a 25% handling fee deducted from the full purchase price of the order.
